Internet Explorer lost again and it seems to be a long lasting trend. This time its market share felt by 1.46%, but still IE is the most popular browser worldwide.
Opera, Safari and Chrome continued the positive trend and gained market share by 0.31%, 0.03% and 0.15%.

Mozila Firefox, the browser that will reach 25% market share soon, is used by 270 million people worldwide, according to Asa Dotzler, Firefox’s director of community development.
How was the calculation done?
As he explains: “The best method we’ve come up with is to count the number of security “pings” we get in one day. (Firefox pings a Mozilla server for security changes about once per day) and multiply that active daily users number by three to get active monthly users. (See John’s blog post for more on this.)”
Well, maybe this data is not 100% accurate, but it can still give an insight on Mozila Firefox users count.
This little test shows two browsers Firefox 3 and Google Chrome. The testers are opening the most popular pages on Firefox 3 and on Chrome at the same time and comparing loading times. They run a test on google.com, youtube.com, bbc.co.uk and gmail.com. Google Chrome seems to be a bit faster. Well that seems to be a clear sign for the builders of Firefox that a lot can be improved. On the other hand, Firefox offers a lot more functionality and is far more flexible.
Mozila Firefox Themes? Never heard of this? Well, that's a great functionality of Firefox that gives you some extra freedom and customization possibilities.
